Julia is a Commercial Property Paralegal at BSG Law and is based at our Preston office. 

Julia has over 35 years experience working in the Corporate Private Sector including Banking, Financial Services, Pensions, and Law. Julia has particularly valuable knowledge of navigating property purchases, sales and leases through pension schemes having worked for Pension Trustee companies for over 15 years. 

Other commercial property specialisms include agricultural land matters, mixed use properties, retail and business estate, auction purchases/sales, adverse possession and complex first registrations.

In her free time Julia enjoys walking, cooking and is writing her first novel.
