Joe qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 and was previously a Partner with Butcher and Barlow LLP.
Joe deals with a wide range of commercial property matters including commercial leases and lease renewals (both Landlord and Tenant), licences, authorised guarantee agreements and rent deposits. He is experienced in dealing with the purchase and sale of commercial development property, including the drafting of option agreements, drafting and negotiating sale contracts, dealing with section 106 agreements and overage agreements.
In addition to property matters, Joe provides advice on commercial agreements such as shareholders agreements, joint venture agreements, partnership agreements, articles of association and incorporating limited companies. He has experience in acquiring companies ranging from £1M to £20M as well as due diligence exercises and drafting disclosure letters.
Pippa Weld-Blundell has overall responsibility for matters relating to commercial property.
