First Initial Appointment

All family law matters - 30 minute fixed fee appointment and a letter summarising our advice £120 inc VAT
For financial matters - one hour fixed fee appointment and a letter summarising our advice £240 inc VAT

Applicant Divorce £550+VAT (£660) and Court fees

30 minute appointment
Dealing with issuing Divorce Application, obtaining the Conditional order and Final Divorce Order
Does not apply to Disputed Applications
Does not include applications for costs or arranging service of the application, if required
Does not include advice on financial issues or child arrangements

Respondent Divorce £250+VAT (£300)

30 minutes appointment
Completion of Response form and advising upon the Conditional order and Final Divorce Order
Does not apply to Disputed Applications or applications for costs
Does not include advice on financial issues or child arrangements

Financial Consent Orders

£600+VAT for cases with no asset transfers or maintenance orders - to include an initial meeting, advice on the procedure and information required by the court, preparing the court documentation, sending the order and responding to any queries raised by the court or
£850+VAT (work as above) for cases with asset transfer orders excluding business assets, pension sharing and maintenance orders which we will provide tailored estimates for.

The above does not include any negotiation or considering financial documentation which we will provide additional tailored estimates for and there is also a court fee of £53 and identity check fee of £12.60

Our fixed fee does not include negotiations if there is a disagreement or any additional expert reports that may be required. Fixed fees only apply for agreements where a couple’s joint assets are worth less than £1m.
