Emma is a Partner at our Lancaster office, she qualified as a Solicitor in 1999 having obtained a BA Hons degree in Classical Civilisation and subsequently crossing over into Law.
She is a fully qualified member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and regarded as one of the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of Wills, Probate and Estate Planning. She is also a full member of the Association of Lifetime Lawyers, which is an independent national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. She offers home visits for elderly and vulnerable clients.
Emma specialises in tax and estate planning, trusts, will and probate, intestacy, Court of Protection applications and Lasting Powers of Attorney. She assists trustees with the administration of their charities, setting up charitable trusts and transfers to charitable incorporated organisations.
Rebecca Lauder has overall responsibility for matters relating to for wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and estate planning.
