David is a Commercial Property Solicitor at BSG Law.

He attended Lancaster Royal Grammar School and is a graduate of Liverpool University. David has practised law in Lancaster throughout his career and lives in the city.

Having worked in many areas of the law, David has specialised in commercial property work for many years. He acts for businesses, landowners and investors across Lancashire and Cumbria on the full range of commercial property matters. His work includes the sale and purchase of commercial premises, commercial leases and lease renewals for both landlords and tenants, licences to assign, sublet and carry out alterations, rent deposit deeds, first registrations of unregistered land, easements and rights of way. He also advises on investment property and enjoys building long standing relationships with his clients.

Outside the office, David enjoys keeping active, particularly walking the Lakeland fells with his daughters and with friends.
