Wills, Probate & Estate Planning

Aimee is a Trainee Solicitor in the Wills, Probate & Estate Planning team, based at the firm’s Lancaster office. She will complete her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in the summer of 2026 and will thereafter qualify as a Solicitor.

Aimee has years of experience in Private Client work and takes pride in supporting clients through important life decisions. She is known for her friendly and reassuring approach, helping clients feel comfortable when putting future arrangements in place.

Outside of work, Aimee enjoys attending the gym, walking her dog Olly, and spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca Lauder has overall responsibility for matters relating to for wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, deputyships and estate planning.
