BSG is a legal practice based in Preston and Lancaster. We are keen to develop our business and keen to support our colleagues in pursuit of our aims.

We work closely with students in local Universities and recognise the mutual benefit of providing support and assistance. We attract a lot of interest from trainees seeking employment with us and we have a policy of providing a structured training regime that provides the right quality of training to those we appoint. When assessing our recruitment needs we compile a shortlist of potential recruits based on:-

• clear examples of client/customer relationships
• commercial awareness within Legal practice
• experience of successful projects
• experience of working within a team structure
• a minimum 2:1 degree in an academic subject
• clear communication skills and
• competency with IT facilities
