Phyllidia Packer is a senior family lawyer, well known in the Lancaster and Garstang areas. Now a consultant, she was a partner from 1987 to 2008. She principally specialises in divorce and employment, having developed the family and litigation department of one of our predecessor firms Swainson Son & Reynolds, which she headed until merger. She is a trained collaborative lawyer and believes that the collaborative approach is the very best approach for separating couples in most cases.
