Mark specialises in commercial property law, agricultural property law and charity law and also advises on company and partnership law. He advises clients with landed estates and settled land and has a particular interest in advising on issues concerning conditional exemption from inheritance tax (heritage exemption) for privately owned property of outstanding architectural, historic or scenic importance. He is a member of the Agricultural Law Association, the Charity Law Association and the Heritage Group of Lawyers and is a member of the Country Landowners Association Lancashire Branch Committee and a trustee of several charities.
