Malcolm joined the firm in May 2008 having worked at two Legal 100 commercial firms in Manchester and has extensive experience in landlord and tenant work acting for both developers and tenants. Malcolm has also acted for a number of retail clients in the past (both high street and retail park) as well as acting for a number of landlords of retail parks. Malcolm's experience also extends to that of acquisitions, disposals, corporate and company support and property investments as well as secured lending and development finance advising a wide range of public and private companies, banks and other financial institutions.
